Piccard Companies is led by a team of partners. As family members, they share all aspects of development, construction, and management responsibilities. They oversee all aspects of the company and epitomize the concept of group management.
The three partners, Carrie Ward Accardi, Richard Ward II, and Mike Accardi, have worked side-by-side since the early 1990’s building single-family homes, town homes, and commercial office parks including the new Riverside Park II Business Center.
The properties they manage span from Leesburg, VA, south to Stafford, and east to Rehoboth Beach, DE. |
